We stand behind every CloseWear™ Tee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at contact@myclosewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item for another size, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@myclosewear.com to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@myclosewear.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost
