1. Identification of the Seller
CloseWear™ is operated by Amine Benatta, an auto-entrepreneur based in France.

2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on myclosewear.com. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms.

3. Products
Our products are described as accurately as possible on the product pages. CloseWear™ reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified and offered a full refund.

4. Prices
All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) inclusive of all applicable taxes. CloseWear™ reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Order Process
An order is considered confirmed once:

  • The customer has selected their product and size
  • Payment has been successfully processed
  • A confirmation email has been sent to the customer

CloseWear™ reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.

6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments using SSL encryption.

7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to Sweden only. Processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days once shipped. Free shipping is applied to all orders within Sweden. A tracking number is provided by email upon shipment.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection law, the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@myclosewear.com within the withdrawal period.

9. Returns & Refunds
CloseWear™ offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

10. Legal Guarantees
In accordance with French and European law, all products sold by CloseWear™ are covered by:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
  • The guarantee against hidden defects

11. Liability
CloseWear™ cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

12. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under Swedish law.
