By accessing and using myclosewear.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site. CloseWear™ is operated by Amine Benatta, based in France.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

6. Shipping
We ship to Sweden. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Free shipping is available on all orders within Sweden. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on myclosewear.com — including text, images, logos, and the CloseWear™ trademark — is the property of CloseWear™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
CloseWear™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Swedish law.
